- We only accept returns of trial kit within 7 days of arrival.
- All products must be sealed and in original packaging.
- The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- We do not accept returns in the following cases:

└Opened items with or without use
└Items that have passed 8 days since arrival
└Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

- We only accept returns of products other than trial kit within 30 days of arrival.
-All products must be sealed and in original packaging.
- We will guide you through the procedure, so please contact us.
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
- The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account.
- The transfer fee for refund shall be borne by the customer.
- We do not accept returns in the following cases:

└Products that have been used once
└Items that have passed 31 days after arrival
└Products with opened outer box / film bag
└Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

In case you have received a wrong or defective product, please contact us within 7 days after arrival.

We will send you a replacement immediately and also be responsible for both the return shipping fee and the re-shipping fee.
