■ For First-Time Orders

■ For All Other Orders

We accept returns within 30 days of product delivery.
Please contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp so we can guide you through the return process.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Refunds will be made via bank transfer to your designated account.
  • Any bank transfer fees incurred for the refund will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
