Additional Fees

Shipping and handling fees are free of charge. However, if your purchase totals SG$400 or more, you may be charged with a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7% by the delivery service provider, as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Please check with your country’s customs office for more details and recognize possible additional charges prior to purchasing.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders are available for all products (excluding trial sets). Subscribers can choose delivery every 1, 2, or 3 months.
  • Orders are automatically renewed according to the selected interval. The payment method will be automatically charged upon each renewal.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only for unopened and unused items, regardless of whether it is a first-time or repeat purchase. Please contact us by e-mail or WhatsApp within 30 days of product delivery so we can guide you through the process.

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the order.
  • The refund amount will be the product purchase price minus the shipping cost incurred.

Confirmation Before Refund or Redelivery

If unopened and unused products are returned to us, we will first send an e-mail to confirm whether you prefer a refund or redelivery. If we do not receive your reply within 30 days from the date of that e-mail, we will process a refund (product price minus shipping cost).

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Returned without prior contact
  • Used products
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened packaging or film bags
  • Damaged or soiled while in customer’s care

Redelivery

We accept redelivery requests under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unopened and unused.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of product delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of redelivery.
  • Redelivery will be arranged once the shipping cost has been settled, or deducted from the refund balance.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective. If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, please follow the return procedure.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item shipped in error, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with details and a photo if possible.

Reselling Policy

  • Reselling of purchased products, whether unused or unopened, is strictly prohibited.
  • We refuse to sell products to customers intending to resell them.
  • Please refrain from listing our products on flea market apps (Mercari, Rakuma, etc.), auction sites, or purchasing services.
  • Products purchased from other sources (auctions, flea markets) are considered resold items.
  • We cannot guarantee the safety or quality of resold products.

For your safety, we strongly discourage purchasing resold products. Please avoid using items with unknown storage or usage conditions on your face or body.
