Additional Fees

Shipping and handling fees are free of charge. However, if your purchase totals SG$400 or more, you may be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7% by the delivery service provider, as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Please check with your country’s customs office for possible additional charges prior to purchasing.

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders are available for all products (excluding trial sets).

Returns, Refunds & Undeliverable Shipments Policy

Undeliverable Shipments (International Orders)

If a shipment cannot be delivered, the package will be held at the local post office for up to 10 business days. Please collect the package within this period.

If the package is not collected within the holding period, or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be sent back to our office in Japan.

Once the returned package is received and confirmed, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will be the product price minus the original shipping cost.

We do not offer re-delivery for items returned to Japan. Customers wishing to receive the product must place a new order.


Returns & Refunds (Delivered Orders)

Returns and refunds are accepted only for unopened and unused items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount excludes shipping costs.

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted

  • Returned without prior contact
  • Used or partially used products
  • Returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Opened or damaged packaging
  • Items damaged or soiled while in the customer’s care

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • Refund processing time depends on the card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective. Orders placed incorrectly should follow the return procedure.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Reselling Policy

  • Reselling of products is strictly prohibited.
  • We may refuse orders intended for resale.
  • Listing on flea market or auction sites is not permitted.
  • Products purchased from third parties are considered resold items.
  • We cannot guarantee the safety or quality of resold products.
