Shipping and handling fees are free of charge. All orders are shipped via International ePacket Light (Japan Post & SingPost).

Returns, Refunds & Undeliverable Shipments Policy
Shipping Method & Liability
Orders are delivered directly to the recipient's mailbox via International ePacket Light. Face-to-face delivery and signature are not required.
Please note: This service does not include insurance. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit or after the item has been delivered to your mailbox.
Undeliverable Shipments (Non-collection)
If the package is too large for the mailbox or cannot be delivered, a "Delivery Advice" (missed delivery slip) will be left. The package will be held at the local post office for 10 working days. Please collect it within this period.
If the package is not collected and is returned to Japan, a refund will be processed minus the original shipping cost once we receive and confirm the returned item. We do not offer re-delivery; customers must place a new order if they still wish to receive the product.
Returns & Refunds (Delivered Orders)
Returns and refunds are accepted only for unopened and unused items. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund amount excludes the original shipping costs.
Returns That Cannot Be Accepted
- Returned without prior contact
- Used or partially used products
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Opened or damaged packaging
- Items damaged or soiled while in the customer’s care
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective. Orders placed incorrectly should follow the return procedure.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all shipping costs and provide a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Reselling Policy
- Reselling of products is strictly prohibited.
- We may refuse orders intended for resale.
- Listing on flea market or auction sites is not permitted.
