- The product you purchased is within 30 days from the date of arrival.
- You have the invoice and the used-up empty tube of product at hand (*1, *2).
- You have already paid for your order.
*1 Only customers who already used up their first-time purchased product but are unsatisfied with the result are eligible to request a refund.
*2 However, if there are any abnormalities or allergic reactions on your skin such as redness or itchiness, stop using it and contact us immediately at the contact information below. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

(2) You have no purchase history on the official Earthcare Asia website (https://earthcare-asia.com/)
(3) It has passed more have 30 days since the date of arrival.
(4) You do not have the invoice or used-up product containers
(5) You return the products without prior notice
(6) You have used Earthcare Asia’s products before.
(7) The second and subsequent items of one product at the same purchase.
(8) When the returned items are sent by cash-on-delivery. .
(9) Any of the items required is lost during return shipping
(11) Products that we have stated in advance are non-refundable and non-returnable
(12) Other cases in which we find malicious.

Shipping charges incurred for returns are borne by the customer.

- The 30-day money-back guarantee is limited to one product per household (such as in case of a purchase for family members).
- If you purchase more than one item of the same product at the same time, the second and subsequent items will not be eligible for refund or return.
- Please do not throw away your delivery receipt, used product containers, or any other items required for refunds/returns.
- When sending back the empty tube, please send it by postal parcel or other means with a trace (slip) of the shipment.
- We are not responsible for items returned without proof of shipping, lost, or misdirected shipments.
- We will not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, or lost items that are returned to us.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the amount paid at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the refund period is exceeded, the refund will not be covered by the guarantee.
