Shipping & Delivery

Order Confirmation

When an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered at checkout. Please keep in mind that this confirmation only indicates that we have received your order and it is pending to be processed.

If you notice any errors to your order confirmation, please contact us at +81 80-5572-8733 on WhatsApp or email us at support@earthcare-asia.com as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to halt the processing of your order, though there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are generally processed within 1~2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon payment confirmation. All orders are processed during working hours, Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM). Orders placed after 2PM will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are shipped from Japan via International ePacket Light (Japan Post). Once the package arrives in Singapore, it will be delivered by Singapore Post.

Delivery Method:
・Directly delivered to your mailbox (post box).
・No face-to-face delivery or signature is required.
・If the package is too large for your mailbox or the mailbox is full, a "Delivery Advice" (missed delivery slip) will be left.

Package Collection:
If you receive a Delivery Advice, your package will be held at the nearest post office for 10 working days. Please ensure you collect it within this period by following the instructions on the slip.

Liability Disclaimer:
Please note that International ePacket Light does not include insurance or compensation. We (the shop) are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit or after the item has been delivered to your mailbox.

Non-collection & Refund Policy

If you are unable to collect your package within the 10-working-day storage period and it is returned to Japan:

  • Refund: We will refund the total amount paid minus the original shipping cost once the package arrives back at our warehouse.
  • No Re-shipping: We do not offer re-shipping for returned items. If you still wish to receive the products, please place a new order on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via Japan Post:

  1. Item No. search
  2. Serial No. search

Shipping Fees & Taxes

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Import Tax/GST: If your purchase totals SG$400 or more, you may be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST) by the delivery service provider, as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Please check with your country’s customs office for the latest rates and possible additional charges prior to purchasing.

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are available for all products (excluding the trial set) at intervals of 1, 2, or 3 months. These are automatically renewed and charged to your selected payment method. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
