Order Confirmation
When an order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered at checkout. Please keep in mind that this confirmation only indicates that we have received your order and it is pending to be processed.
If you notice any errors to your order confirmation, please contact us at +81 80-5572-8733 on WhatsApp or email us at support@earthcare-asia.com as soon as possible to modify or cancel your order. We will do our best to halt the processing of your order, though there is no guarantee that this will be done in time.
Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are generally processed within 01 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon payment confirmation. All orders are processed during working hours, Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM). Orders placed after 6PM will be processed on the next business day.
All orders will be shipped using Japan Post’s International e-Packet with tracking service. Japan Post’s delivery standard for International e-Packets is 5 days (earliest) to 10 days (latest). Please keep in mind that there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service issues, or issues with the handling system of the destination country.
An order can only be delivered to one address only. If you require your orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders for each address.
Please make sure the following personal information is entered correctly upon purchasing. We will not be liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped and received by Japan Post, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number to track your order online.
Japan Post offers two methods of tracking your shipment.
- Item No. search: Enter the unique individual number of your order to track
- Serial No. search: Enter the unique serial number of your order to track
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders.
However, if your purchase totals SG$400 or more, you may be charged with a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 7% by the delivery service provider, as mandated by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Please check with your country’s customs office for more details and recognize possible additional charges prior to bidding or purchasing.

We do not accept cash on delivery as a valid payment method.
Subscription Orders
We offer subscription orders for all products (excluding the trial set). By subscribing, you have the option to receive products every 1, 2, or 3 months.
Subscription orders are automatically renewed and processed, as per your selected delivery interval. You will automatically be charged on your selected payment method each renewal and will receive products without the hassle of placing the order yourself.

About Redelivery
When Unable to Receive Your Package
Redelivery is possible.
However, if the redelivery is required due to customer circumstances,
additional shipping fees will apply.
