You can view your full points balance, history, and redemption options on your My Rewards page. You'll need to be logged into your Earthcare account.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned automatically on every subscription order — 3 points for every S$1 spent (decimals rounded down). Points are added to your account once your order is processed. No codes, no forms.
How do I redeem points?
Once you've earned 100 points or more, you can redeem them at checkout for S$1 off per 100 points. You can use them on subscription orders or one-time purchases.
When will I receive my surprise gift?
Your first complimentary gift arrives with your 3rd subscription delivery, and continues with every subsequent delivery. Gifts are curated seasonally — think small skincare extras and brand favourites.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. Log into your account and you can pause, skip, or cancel directly from your subscription portal. No hoops, no calls, no commitment.
