Notice of Summer Holiday Closure

Our summer holiday will be from Saturday, August 9 to Thursday, August 14, 2025.
Our last business day before the holiday will be Friday, August 8, until 6:00 PM.
We will resume operations on Friday, August 15.

Inquiries received via email, WhatsApp, or social media during the holiday period will be responded to sequentially starting from Friday, August 15.

■ For Customers Planning to Order

If you wish to receive your order before the holiday, please make your purchase by:

• By 2:59 PM on Friday, August 8

■ For Subscription Users

We will not be able to ship subscriptions from August 9 (Sat) to August 14 (Thu) due to the summer holiday.
If you would like to receive your items earlier, please kindly adjust your delivery schedule using the steps below:

Log in to My Page, then click "Subscriptions" under your account details.
Next, click "Click here to view subscription" for the relevant item to modify your subscription.

You can make the following changes:

• Skip the next delivery
  (Changes allowed until payment completion)
• Change delivery interval (choose from 1, 2, or 3 months)
• Add or remove items in the subscription
• Pause or cancel the subscription
